Two years of EYWA

A year ago we summed up the first year: EYWA learned to build documents, work in Telegram, draw, narrate and read files. The second year was about something else — EYWA stopped being just a helper in a conversation and started doing whole jobs: running a company's business, making videos, speaking in your voice. Here's the year in one article, with links to the detailed write-ups.

The year on one screen

The first year is covered in “One year of EYWA”. This one covers only what arrived between September 2025 and September 2026.

EYWA's second year month by month: what arrived and what joined Eywa One.

Business and trust

In November EYWA connected to Eywa One. Clients, orders, stock, finances and analytics are now handled from the same chat: “issue an invoice”, “show this week's sales” — and the system does it. More in “Eywa One: a chat that runs your company”.

With company business coming into the chat, we answered the key question plainly: where data is stored and who can see it. Conversations and files stay on servers in Uzbekistan, aren't used to train the model and are protected in transit — “Where your data is stored”.

Business tools — in one system

Telephony, the contact center, the voice agent and the AI hub have been part of EYWA since the end of 2024 — see “Telephony”, “Contact center”, “Voice agent” and “AI hub”. This year they became Eywa One modules, working in one system with clients, stock and finances.

The contact center keeps requests from Telegram, Instagram, email and calls in one queue. Telephony answers and routes the company's calls, records them and reviews them with AI, while a voice agent answers inbound calls. The AI hub puts AI on top of the company's processes: the agent answers by your rules and documents and creates a booking, order or invoice itself.

Telephony, the contact center, the voice agent and the AI hub — now Eywa One modules.

For the team there's the messenger: chats by department and project, files and voice messages, chat folders and history search, one account with the work portal. For codes and notifications there's SMS through the operator's SMPP gateway: message templates, a sending log and delivery monitoring. All modules and what they include are on the Eywa One page.

Video, voice and the studio

In March EYWA started making video: bringing product photos to life and shooting short clips from a description — “Video in the chat”. In June your voice joined in: one minute of recording and EYWA narrates texts and videos as you — “Voice cloning”.

In August it all came together in the studio. One phrase in the chat, and EYWA writes the script, shoots the scenes, records the voiceover, picks royalty-free music and edits the video. The price is fixed and shown before you start — “A video ad from one phrase”.

Uzbek, documents and product cards

In spring we explained in detail how EYWA writes natural Uzbek, picks IKPU codes from the classifier and builds local documents straight into Word — “How EYWA answers in Uzbek”. We also put together an overview of everything it does for newcomers — “The Uzbek ChatGPT”.

In May images started selling: EYWA turns a product photo into a marketplace card and writes poster text exactly as you sent it — “Product cards and posters”.

Work from the second year: a product card from an ordinary photo and a poster with exact text. Made in the EYWA studio.

What's next

No dates and no promises — we'll tell you when there's something to show. The direction is the same as two years ago: EYWA should understand you in your language and hand over a finished result, not text you still have to finish. Tell us what's missing at hello@eywa.uz — that's how most of what's in this article came about.

Thank you
