Telephony: numbers, IVR and call recording

A classic PBX means a separate box, a separate contractor and separate call-center software. Any change — “forward calls to the new number” — turns into a request and a wait. Telephony in EYWA for Business answers and routes the company's calls, and it's set up in a web interface, no contractor needed.

Numbers: external and internal

External lines connect over SIP: local, mobile and international routes, with load balanced between providers. An employee extension is created in seconds, starting from 1001: the system issues the SIP login and password itself, and the employee only sets up a softphone or desk phone.

Staff extensions and an external line — with real-time statuses.

Call flows: IVR and voice menus

What happens to a call is built in a flow builder: greeting, voice menu, forwarding, voicemail and conditions — for example, by business hours. The flow saves itself.

A call flow from the builder: greeting → menu → queue → voicemail.

Queues and ring groups

Calls are routed through queues and ring groups: several phones ring at once in sales, while service takes calls in turn. Agents have statuses, scripts and tickets with reply templates, so a call isn't lost even when everyone is busy.

Call recording and review

Every conversation is recorded and transcribed. AI reviews the call: summary, tone, topics and agreements. No need to replay the recording to remember what was agreed.

A call review: what was discussed, in what tone, and what was agreed.

SMS alongside telephony

Alongside telephony there's your own SMS gateway for campaigns and codes. You can remind a customer about the delivery agreed on the phone from the same system.

EYWA started as a chat assistant — “We launched EYWA”. Telephony is the first of the tools EYWA gives companies.

Bottom line

EYWA telephony replaces a classic PBX and separate call-center software: numbers, voice menus, queues, recording and call review are all set up in the browser. Changes take minutes, with no request to a contractor.
