Reading files: contracts, price lists, spreadsheets

A twenty-page contract, a supplier price list with a thousand rows, a photo of a receipt — to find what you need, you have to read all of it. Now EYWA reads files itself: attach the document and ask what you need.

Which files EYWA reads

  • PDF and Word — contracts, invoices, instructions.
  • Excel — price lists, exports, expense sheets.
  • Photos — a receipt, a recipe, a textbook page, a document shot on a phone.

A contract: deadlines and penalties in a minute

Attach the contract and ask a specific question. EYWA finds the relevant clauses and answers with references to them — easy to check.

An answer about the contract — with clause references, so you can check it in a minute.

Price lists and spreadsheets

No need to scroll through a huge sheet. Ask what matters in it — EYWA does the math and shows you.

A question about an Excel price list — an answer with figures from the sheet itself.

Prompt

«Compare the two price lists and put what changed into a new sheet»

What you get

an Excel sheet: item, old price, new price and the difference.

A photo instead of a file

No file at hand? Take a photo. EYWA reads a receipt, a recipe or a textbook problem from the picture and explains it.

Prompt

«Here's a photo of my grocery receipt. How much did I spend on vegetables?»

What you get

the total for the vegetable items and a list of what's included.

How to ask about a file

  • Be specific. Not “what's in the contract?” but “what penalties apply to the supplier and when are they charged?”
  • Ask for references. Have it point to the clause or row — then the answer takes a minute to check.
  • Name the format. “As an Excel sheet”, “as a list”, “in two sentences for the director”.
  • Go step by step. Start with “summarize the key points”, then drill into sections.

You can turn the analysis into a document right away: “based on this contract, write the supplier a letter about the delay” — EYWA builds it in Word, citing the right clause.

Bottom line

You no longer have to read a whole document to find what matters. Attach a file or a photo and ask. Still check key figures and terms against the original — EYWA shows you where to look.
