Documents in the chat: Word, PDF and Excel without copying

A chatbot's answer is text. To turn it into a document, people copy it into Word, fix the spacing, fonts and tables, then save it in the right format. Starting today, EYWA does that part itself: you ask for a document and get a file.

Why a chat answer isn't a document yet

Text from a chat lands in Word any old way: paragraphs break, lists turn into lines with asterisks, tables fall apart. Formatting takes longer than writing.

Now EYWA hands over the whole document — with the heading, paragraphs and tables where they belong.

How it works

Describe the document you need and give the details you know. EYWA builds the file and attaches it to the answer — all that's left is to download it.

“Write a leave request” — a finished Word file a minute later.

What you can build

  • Word: applications, résumés, letters, announcements, contracts.
  • PDF: documents you need to send or print as is.
  • Excel: cost estimates, price lists, expense sheets — with columns and totals.
The estimate arrives as an Excel sheet — with line items and a total.

Edits in plain words

You don't need to open the file to change something. Ask in the chat and EYWA rebuilds the document.

Prompt

«Make the résumé shorter, one page, and translate it into English»

What you get

a new version of the file: one page, in English, same structure.

How to get the document right the first time

  1. 1Name the document and the recipient: “a request to the director”, “a letter to a supplier”, “a résumé for an accountant role”.
  2. 2Give the details you know: names, dates, amounts, company names. Anything missing, EYWA leaves as a field to fill in.
  3. 3Say the format: Word to edit, PDF to send, Excel if you need calculations.
  4. 4Have a sample? Paste its text into the chat. EYWA builds the document with the same structure.

A document from the chat is a good draft, not a signature. Check the details and wording before sending, especially in contracts: whoever signs is responsible for the content.

Bottom line

EYWA no longer stops at text: an application, a résumé, a contract or an estimate arrives as a finished Word, PDF or Excel file. Try it on a document you usually format by hand.
