Where your data is stored and who can see it
People tell a chat assistant things they write nowhere else: contracts, company figures, personal questions. So “where is all of this stored?” is a fair question. We've gathered the answers in one place — plainly, with no fine print.
Where your conversations are stored
Conversations and files are stored on servers in Uzbekistan, and text requests are processed there by the EYWA model. Your messages aren't sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other external chat service.
This keeps your conversations within a local perimeter and reduces sanctions and legal risks.
What external models receive
Images are generated by external models. They receive only the generation task and the materials attached to it — not your conversation history or your documents.
How data is protected
- Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3, and stored data is encrypted at the infrastructure level.
- Histories, files and materials are isolated at the access level and tied only to your context.
- Even within our team, access to data is limited by role and purpose.
- Your conversations and documents aren't used to further train the model. We don't sell them or share them with third parties.
How long data is kept and how to delete it
Conversation history is kept for memory and continuing your work until you delete it yourself. Temporary files are cleaned up under internal retention rules.
You can request a data export or account deletion. When an account is deleted, the related data is removed from the live system and from backups according to our procedures.
Frequently asked questions
- Do my messages go to a foreign chat service? No. Text conversations are processed by the EYWA model on servers in Uzbekistan.
- I attached a photo to an image task — where does it go? The external model that draws the image receives it along with the task. Your conversation history isn't sent.
- Can EYWA staff see my conversations? Access to data is limited by role and purpose — even within the team.
- How are requests for prohibited content checked? The service screens requests for dangerous content without becoming a surveillance tool: flagged cases are handled separately from ordinary sessions.
- Can a company get separate terms? Yes: separate retention terms, an NDA, compliance answers or a private deployment are agreed before launch.
