The product was originally designed for the three languages of the region
Mission
Make smart software a normal tool, not an event
We believe AI and business platforms should feel like quality household appliances: turn it on and it works. No long integrations, no dependence on third-party APIs, no turning the client into an architect.
What we believe in
Four principles that guide the product
These aren't posters in the hallway. They influence daily product decisions, how we choose architecture, and who we work with.
A human product
AI should help, not overwhelm. We build a calm, understandable interface that's pleasant to use every day.
Local context
We make a product for the region: three languages, local business scenarios, understanding of real document flow.
Own engineering
Model, infrastructure and product layer — our own stack, not a wrapper around someone else's API.
Data stays home
Physical servers in Uzbekistan, encryption and transparent storage policies — so business can use it calmly.
The team's journey
15 years of engineering — in one product
EYWA didn't come out of nowhere. Behind it stand fifteen years of work on communications, business platforms and AI. Below — how it all came together into what you use today.
We started with telephony
Built SmartLine IP Unified Communications — our own IP telephony platform for business. In 2026 this core still lives under the hood of EYWA: the same engine answers your customers' calls, runs conferences and the call center.
A-One — our first business platform
Combined CRM, video conferencing and communications into one product. That's when we got the core idea: business should run in one interface, not across a dozen disconnected services. This became EYWA's DNA.
Telco IMS for carriers
Built an IP Multimedia Subsystem for telecom operators. Learned to design carrier-grade infrastructure — with the load, fault tolerance and communication standards regular business software never sees.
POS and warehouse for retail
Launched our own software for retail: POS module, warehouse, goods receipt, stock and reporting. The first product where communications and business operations came together in one interface — a trait that defines EYWA today.
ALO messenger — our answer to WhatsApp, Skype and Telegram
On top of the SmartLine core we launched the regional ALO messenger — with voice, video and solid reliability. We learned to build mass-communication products people use every day, not once in a while.
First in-house AI models
Built an applied ML team and started R&D on our own language and speech models. From day one — with the conviction that AI should work with real business context, not live in a demo chat.
First AI assistant on real tasks
A prototype of conversational AI embedded in support, sales and documents. Not a toy — a working loop tested on real customers and real load.
AI entered daily business processes
Integrated AI tools into CRM, document flow and customer service. AI stopped being a separate app and became part of operations — an answer and an action in one conversation.
Muxlisa TTS and a line of business platforms
Released our own Muxlisa TTS model — an Uzbek female voice that sounds human. In parallel we opened a line of business platforms: booking, warehouse, ERP, CRM — all already with AI under the hood.
A contact center that answers calls
The call center with the Muxlisa voice assistant became a mature product handling real customer traffic. AI no longer helps the operator — it takes incoming calls itself, understands the question and resolves it.
GLOW21 and our own EYWA language model
Launched GLOW21 — an AI-powered automation system for the beauty industry (bookings, staff, inventory, sales). In the same year we deployed our own large language model EYWA and made it a public chat assistant.
Everything came together in EYWA
15 years of work on communications, business software and AI folded into a single product. Telephony, CRM, documents, warehouse, contact center and AI chat — in one interface under one brand. That's EYWA.
